In March 2021, Melissa spent 5 days trying 5 different types of minimalism to see if it could be help her take control over the mess that is her life. In some ways it did and she wanted to share some ideas so that you can try your own minimalsim challenge.

Like Melissa's challenge, each day will focus on a differen type of minimalism. You pick a task or two from the list and from the list and after you've completed the task for the day, reflect about it (maybe in a journal or however you like).
